HMD is a commercial construction firm focused on steel- and stick-framed construction and development opportunities in the greater Raleigh-Durham/Triangle and surrounding areas of North Carolina. We offer what most construction firms can’t, which is owner representation, real estate development, and financial expertise. The HMD team welcomes the opportunity to become involved in client projects from the very beginning of the building process. However, regardless of when we become engaged, our goal is to help clients realize their vision through a relationship-based approach. This means we become experts in understanding client needs through discussion of options and features that will best serve specific goals. Together, we arrive at a plan that results in the success of our clients’ vision.
