New Del Taco Project Coming to Durham

We’re delighted to announce a collaboration with Del Taco for their first North Carolina location, coming to Durham at 4716 Apex Highway! This ground-up project will feature a 2,304 sq ft stand-alone building, with plans to demolish the current structure and erect a new building with updated infrastructure, grading, sidewalks, ramp, utilities, and landscaping. HMD has worked closely with the restaurant group that has the rights to the first locations in our state, assisting in identifying property in and around the Triangle area.
