We are excited to announce that HMD will soon celebrate our 10-year anniversary! As we approach this milestone, we’d like to reintroduce our founders, Kenneth and Bryant Dickinson, as their roles have been pivotal in shaping the identity and success of the company. Brothers and HMD co-owners, Kenneth and Bryant are eighth generation natives of Wake County, with documented family history extending back to the early 1740s. Collectively, Kenneth and Bryant share over 30 years of experience working in corporate banking, commercial real estate finance, commercial construction, custom residential construction, and the development industry.
