Remodeled 6801 Falls of Neuse Features Phycinity and F&M Bank

In addition to completing an exterior remodel in 2019 at 6801 Falls of Neuse Road in Raleigh, HMD is pleased to now be working with clients Phycinity, a pediatric medical practice, and F&M Bank in creating custom office spaces at this office/medical center.

We’re enjoying collaborating with Dr. Omar Caban of Phycinity in designing a new 4,000 SF space that will feature state-of-the-art technology. An innovative pediatric practice, this new facility will be equipped to offer cutting edge testing services not offered by most general practitioners.

HMD is also tailoring a 3,500 SF space to fit the needs of the first Triangle-area location of F&M Bank. A fourth generation family owned bank based in Salisbury, NC, F&M offers the relationships typical of your local community banks. Working with the F&M Bank team has been a joy and we wish them the best of luck.

Only a few more leasing opportunities remain in this prime location.

Progress at Olive Chapel Professional Park

We’re pleased to report that the second building at Olive Chapel Professional Park is soon to be complete! Located in Apex on roughly eight acres, HMD is pleased to have previously completed the first building in this professional park comprised of commercial mixed use space.

The site will ultimately feature five two-story buildings of 15,000 to 20,000 SF each. In addition to construction services, HMD performed interior fit-ups in the first building, tailoring spaces to suit specific business needs.

Outparcel Building at Hillsborough Commons Taking Shape

Construction at Hillsborough Commons is advancing! Located at 167 Mayo Street in Hillsborough, adjacent to I-85 and less than two miles from I-40, HMD is building a 10,000 SF outparcel building in this commercial shopping development.

We also look forward to performing the interior fit-up for one of the prime tenants of the center, Brookside Dentistry.
