NEW PROJECT | Everbrook Academy – Knightdale, NC

HMD is breaking ground on a new project for Everbrook Academy in Knightdale!

Working alongside Blue Wave Developers, our team will be bringing this new early education and child care facility to life—creating a space designed for children to learn, explore, grow, and thrive.

We’re proud to be part of another project that will serve families in the Triangle and contribute to the continued growth of the Knightdale community.

Guiding the Next Generation of Veterinary Professionals

We were excited to spend time with the next generation of veterinarians at the NC State College of Veterinary Medicine!

HMD Construction & Development recently hosted a panel for veterinary students focused on an important question: What comes after graduation?

From joining an established practice to practice ownership and everything in between, our panelists shared their experiences and insight to help students better understand the opportunities available to them as they begin planning for their careers.

At HMD, we believe the earlier future practice owners are introduced to the people, resources, and knowledge that can help them along the way, the better prepared they’ll be when the time comes to take that next step.

A big thank you to our panelists for sharing their time and expertise, and to the NC State College of Veterinary Medicine for welcoming us. We loved being part of the conversation and look forward to continuing to support the future of veterinary medicine in North Carolina!

We’re proud to announce the completion of Ironworks Foot & Ankle Wound Center, a new 1,738 sq ft medical office in Rolesville, NC.

This modern medical office was built to support high-quality patient care while providing an efficient, functional workspace for the clinical team. The new facility allows Ironworks Foot & Ankle Wound Center to provide specialized podiatry and advanced wound care services in a welcoming environment designed to meet the needs of both patients and providers.
