HMD Hosts Annual Practice Ownership Panel at UNC Dental School

HMD recently hosted our third annual presentation at the UNC School of Dentistry, bringing invaluable insights to 3rd and 4th year dental students preparing for practice ownership. Kenneth and his panel led an engaging discussion on critical topics such as meeting the right experts, understanding the traditional career path of a dentist, preparing for ownership, and navigating the process of owning a practice.

The panel featured industry experts across key fields, including accounting, banking, dental equipment, legal, real estate, and construction and development, as well as an experienced practice owner. It was an incredible opportunity to share knowledge and guide the next generation of dental professionals toward success. Thank you to Dr. Ahmed for putting this event together for us and allowing us to help these students grow.

Church Alive’s New 27,000 Sq Ft Space

HMD is thrilled to share the successful completion of a 27,000 sq ft project for Church Alive in Fuquay-Varina!

We are proud to have worked alongside an incredible team to bring this vision to life. From the initial design to the final walkthrough, every step was focused on creating a vibrant, welcoming space that will serve the community for years to come.

LTR Dental Expansion Complete!

HMD Construction is proud to announce the completion of a 2,324 sq ft expansion for LTR Dental in Whitsett, NC! This project marks a continuation of our work with Dr. Jordan Thomas, as we originally completed the fit-up of this space in 2019. It was a privilege to collaborate once again with Dr. Thomas to enhance the practice, ensuring patients enjoy a modern and comfortable experience. The expanded space reflects our shared commitment to providing an environment designed to support exceptional dental care. Thank you, Dr. Thomas, for trusting HMD with this exciting project!

New Project Announcement: Lucci Blue’s Fit-Up in Fuquay-Varina

We’re kicking off an exciting new project in downtown Fuquay-Varina! HMD Construction is transforming 209 Fayetteville Street, a historic building originally constructed in 1917, into the future home of Lucci Blue’s Social Café. Spanning 1,845 sq ft, this fit-up project will bring to life a welcoming and intimate space offering a vibrant destination for relaxation, creativity, and connection in the heart of the community. The café will feature a cozy wine bar, a gourmet deli, and ready-to-go charcuterie boxes, all designed to create a space where the community can gather. Lucci Blue’s will also host a variety of engaging activities and events, including yoga classes, creative Wine & Design nights, and dance classes such as country line dancing and swing. The space will be available for special occasions, including birthdays, retirements, bachelorette parties, and more. Stay tuned for updates!

BlueSprig Fit-Up in Cameron, NC

HMD Construction & Development has successfully completed a 4,500 sq ft fit-up for BlueSprig, located at 2293 NC Hwy 24-87 in Cameron, NC. BlueSprig is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care for children with autism, and we are proud to have created a space that supports their vital mission. Daly Orthodontics: Creating a Modern Space in Burlington, NC

Work is underway on a fit-up project for Daly Orthodontics at 3814 Rural Retreat Road in Burlington, NC. Our team is collaborating with Dr. Ivette Daly to create a beautiful, modern space that will reflect Daly Orthodontics’ commitment to exceptional care. Stay tuned for updates! HMD Construction Completes Timber Pizza in Raleigh

HMD Construction is thrilled to shine a spotlight on Timber Pizza! We have successfully completed their first location in the Triangle. This job involved a 1,976 sq ft fit-up at 627 East Whitaker Mill Road in Raleigh. We are delighted to have been a part of this exciting venture as Timber Pizza establishes its presence in our community!
