We’re kicking off an exciting new project in downtown Fuquay-Varina! HMD Construction is transforming 209 Fayetteville Street, a historic building originally constructed in 1917, into the future home of Lucci Blue’s Social Café. Spanning 1,845 sq ft, this fit-up project will bring to life a welcoming and intimate space offering a vibrant destination for relaxation, creativity, and connection in the heart of the community. The café will feature a cozy wine bar, a gourmet deli, and ready-to-go charcuterie boxes, all designed to create a space where the community can gather. Lucci Blue’s will also host a variety of engaging activities and events, including yoga classes, creative Wine & Design nights, and dance classes such as country line dancing and swing. The space will be available for special occasions, including birthdays, retirements, bachelorette parties, and more. Stay tuned for updates!
HMD Construction & Development has successfully completed a 4,500 sq ft fit-up for BlueSprig, located at 2293 NC Hwy 24-87 in Cameron, NC. BlueSprig is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care for children with autism, and we are proud to have created a space that supports their vital mission. This job involved a 1,976 sq ft fit-up at 627 East Whitaker Mill Road in Raleigh. We are delighted to have been a part of this exciting venture as Timber Pizza establishes its presence in our community!

This fit-up project spans 3,389 sq ft and is designed to bring Dr. Drew Heberer’s vision for a second location to life. Dr. Heberer and his team will continue to operate their current office on Computer Drive while expanding their reach with this new space.
