Last week, HMD had the honor of participating in and hosting a panel discussion with third-year students at the East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine.

Alongside a group of industry professionals—including banking, legal, real estate, equipment, and a current practice owner—we discussed what life after dental school can look like and how to prepare for practice ownership. Topics included building the right professional team, evaluating opportunities to buy or start a practice, and understanding the process of opening a dental office.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with the next generation of dental professionals and share insights that can help them prepare for the future.
